David and Lindsay Batts
David and Lindsay are the Cru Team Leaders at Delaware. David graduated from Towson University in 2009 with a degree in Actuarial Sciences. Lindsay graduated the same year from the University of Maryland with a degree in Elementary Education. David and Lindsay joined staff with Cru in 2011 at the University of Maryland, before heading to Delaware. They are the parents of the adorable children you may see at Cru, Will, Harvey and Leo. David likes sports while Lindsay coaches Cheerleading. They love competition whether it be rooting for their football teams on a Sunday afternoon or challenging their friends in board games or pick up sports.

Caleb and Chachi Woo
We are the Woo’s! We met through Cru at the University of Maryland (where we both went to college). After we graduated, Caleb worked for an engineering company and I (Chachi) STINTed (overseas interning) with Cru in Melbourne, Australia. We got engaged in Australia and married right when I got back to the states! We both joined full-time staff with Cru in 2018 and are excited to be on campus at UD!
